Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is handled with the selling retailer. Here is what to expect for cash-on-delivery orders.

Who delivers
Each retailer fulfils their own order lines. If you buy from two stores, you may receive two deliveries and pay each seller separately on delivery.
Timelines
Estimated delivery depends on the seller’s location and local logistics. After you place an order, track status in My Account or Order Tracking. The seller or InfoLive may contact you to confirm timing.
Address accuracy
Please enter a complete address and a reachable phone number. Failed delivery attempts due to wrong details may delay or cancel the order.
Payment on delivery
Keep the order total ready in cash (or the offline method the seller confirms). Inspect the parcel on arrival when possible and raise issues quickly via Contact.
