The service
InfoLive Store is a multi-retailer storefront. Retailers list products and fulfil orders. InfoLive provides the platform, catalog sync tools, and customer checkout experience.
Orders & pricing
Prices and stock are shown as provided by retailers through the Store. An order is confirmed when checkout succeeds and stock is reserved.
Payment for v1 is cash on delivery / offline collection as arranged with the seller. Online payment is not available yet.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Keep your account credentials secure. Do not misuse the site (fraudulent orders, scraping, or interfering with other users).
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before the order is shipped by contacting support or the seller. Once shipped or delivered, see the Cancellation & Refund page.
Limitation
InfoLive works to keep the Store reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Product descriptions are provided by retailers; report issues to support so we can help resolve them.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Store evolves. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
